For all events and launches; where we need over and above our 50 permanent staff portfolio; we make use of PDI’s sourced from different locations and fully trained.
Land is bought for our permanent staff on an incentive program. Drivers license and PDP renewals are paid for by the Company.
For better communications, cellphones are supplied to our staff.
Branded uniforms and safety gear supplied to all our staff depending on their work area.
Enthusiastic Code 10 drivers with necessary skills are assisted with the opportunity to go for Code 14 lessons and are sponsored to do the Code 14 license test.
Funeral policies; paid for by the Company; are in place for all our staff members.
